Persidera S.r.l was looking for a solution for a simpler, more intuitive and automated management of the approximately 180 tickets (faults) generated monthly. Thanks to the collaboration withIspiring Software it was possible:

  • to elaborate a strategy to make ticket management more efficient by using IT support that guarantees reliability and intuitiveness;
  • create a system ofTrouble Ticketing, taking advantage of the modularity of the platform Holis, to always have self-generated tickets under control;
  • integrate the various modules of the platform with all the other software of the company, thanks to the flexibility and the possibility ofpersonalizzazioneof the same.
